1) A web browser with JavaScript enabled and Adobe Flash 10 or newer installed. Adobe Flash is a free download on Adobe's website. We always recommend the latest version of Flash for better security and performance.

2) The application also requires version 7 or newer of Oracle's Java. Get the latest JRE from Java.com.

Note: We recommended running the latest version of Java due to security vulnerabilities in previous versions.

3) For best results connect directly to your Indoor ONT or router via a wired connection. Testing over WiFi can come with many uncontrolled variables which can affect testing.

4) It is recommended that all other devices using the internet are turned off or disabled at the time of testing.

Any other devices online at the time of testing will impact the test

5) When testing higher capacities, the CPU utilization on the test PC can influence the maximum sustained speed. Please monitor the test device to ensure that this is not a concern.

6) An outdated browser may also impact test performance. Please ensure you are using a current, modern browser. Recommended Web Browsers include:
